Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPHILIP JOSEPH SONTAG Peacefully on Saturday, July 19, 2003, with his family at his side, Philip began his latest journey of everlasting life. Philip was born December 27, 1953 and attended school in Oakbank. He worked with Manitoba Hydro for 15 years and then moved on to the video industry as an entrepreneur. After retiring from video, he spent the last few years at Lake of the Woods. Philip loved to travel and spent the last winter in Mexico experiencing life. He is survived by his brothers, Walter (Donna), Ken (Valerie), Gordon (Bonita) and sister Shelley (Glen) as well as many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his mother Jean (1971) father Frank (1992) and sister Terry (1997). Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, July 25 at 11:00 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy #1 East at Navin Road with Rev. Fr. Sebastian Gacki presiding. The family wishes to say a special Thank You to Louise and MaiLing from the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority - your support and care was very comforting.
